Shipping policy

PASCH currently ships within the United States and offers free U.S. shipping.

Every pair is made to order. Production generally takes 7–10 business days before handover to the carrier, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will email tracking details when your order ships.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the applicable option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact info@paschshoes.com within 48 hours where possible, with your order number and photos. This reporting request does not limit your statutory or warranty rights. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us promptly so we can assist.

Eligible Keep & Reorder purchases include U.S. shipping and applicable taxes within the quoted 30% or 50% amount. This tax inclusion applies specifically to that program. Read our Return, Refund & Size Reorder Policy for details.
