The leather quality is what stood out to me most. The black color looks clean but still has some depth instead of looking flat. The fit was accurate for me, although the toe area needed a little time to adjust.

I bought these for work and formal events, and they fit the style I was looking for. The welted construction gives them a sturdy feel and the shoes feel like they are made to last. They are a bit heavier than my lighter dress shoes.

The black horse leather has a really nice finish and feels different from regular dress shoes. The leather has some natural character while still looking formal enough for business settings. They were a little stiff the first few times, but they started to feel better after breaking in.
