The washed leather gives these a nice broken-in look right out of the box. They’re easy to wear with jeans or chinos without looking too dressy. The sole feels a little firm at first, but overall they’ve been comfortable after a few wears.

I’ve worn these to work and out to dinner a few times now. They have a clean silhouette but still feel casual enough for jeans, which is what I was looking for. The finish is more textured than it appears in some photos, and I actually prefer it that way.

Nice understated shoe if you don’t want a lot of brogue detailing or decoration. The black washed leather makes them a little more interesting than a basic black Derby. They were slightly stiff around the forefoot at first but have been breaking in well.

These look good with dark denim and chinos, which is mostly how I wear them. The Derby-style lacing gives my foot a little more room than some of my other dress shoes. The sole feels fairly substantial, so they’re not especially lightweight.

The leather is what stood out to me most. It has a worn-in look without looking beat up, and every angle catches the finish a little differently. Took a couple wears for the upper to soften up.

I wanted a black shoe that didn’t look too formal, and these fit that nicely. The plain toe keeps things simple and the washed finish adds just enough texture. I’d definitely use the size guide before ordering.

Really like the simple shape of these. The leather has some natural variation to it, which gives the shoes a more relaxed look in person. They’re a bit heavier than my usual dress shoes, but still comfortable for everyday wear.
